Full-Time Job Description We are looking for an experienced carpenter / cabinet fabricator to join our growing fabrication team in Las Vegas. This is a hands-on shop position working on custom cabinetry, commercial millwork, and trade show exhibits . We are looking for someone who can work independently, read drawings, solve problems, and produce high-quality work without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities include:

Building custom cabinets, millwork, displays, and exhibit components Reading shop drawings, plans, and measurements Cutting, assembling, and fitting wood and sheet goods Working with plywood, MDF, melamine, laminate, hardwood, and other materials Using table saws, routers, drills, sanders, nail guns, and other woodworking equipment Laminating and finishing components as required Installing hardware and completing final assembly Building custom pieces from drawings or specifications Maintaining accurate dimensions and quality standards Assisting with trade show/exhibit fabrication when needed Keeping the work area organized and safe Requirements Previous professional carpentry, cabinetmaking, millwork, or exhibit fabrication experience is required. We are looking for someone who: Has strong woodworking and fabrication skills Can accurately read a tape measure Understands how to build square, level, and to specification Can read shop drawings Is comfortable operating woodworking machinery and power tools Can work independently Pays attention to details and finish quality Is dependable and shows up on time Can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Experience with custom cabinetry, commercial millwork, laminate work, or trade show We have a large, well-equipped fabrication shop with CNC equipment, edgebanders, case clamps, and other professional woodworking machinery. We're looking for an experienced carpenter who wants steady, year-round work and an opportunity to grow with the company.
