We're seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to join our growing team. This is a hands on role involving residential and light commercial remodeling projects from demolition through finish work. You must be confident working independently, capable of managing on-site responsibilities, and committed to delivering quality workmanship that exceeds client expectations. You'll be expected to handle a variety of tasks, including framing, trim, cabinet installation, window and door replacements, siding, cabinetry installation and more. Perform demolition, framing, finish carpentry, and full-scope remodeling tasks Install cabinets, base and crown molding, doors, windows, stairs, decks, siding, hardware, and more Be willing to view construction plans, understand measurements, and written instructions Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients Maintain a safe and clean job site Work efficiently to meet project deadlines with minimal supervisionRequirements:
3+ years of carpentry experience (framing through finish) OSHA 10 Certification (or ability to obtain) Must own basic hand tools and power tools Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety awareness Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsPay:
