Position Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to join our growing team. This is a hands on role involving residential and light commercial remodeling projects from demolition through finish work. You must be confident working independently, capable of managing on-site responsibilities, and committed to delivering quality workmanship that exceeds client expectations. You'll be expected to handle a variety of tasks, including framing, trim, cabinet installation, window and door replacements, siding, cabinetry installation and more. Key Responsibilities:

 Perform demolition, framing, finish carpentry, and full-scope remodeling tasks  Install cabinets, base and crown molding, doors, windows, stairs, decks, siding, hardware, and more  Be willing to view construction plans, understand measurements, and written instructions  Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients  Maintain a safe and clean job site  Work efficiently to meet project deadlines with minimal supervision

Requirements:

 3+ years of carpentry experience (framing through finish)  OSHA 10 Certification (or ability to obtain)  Must own basic hand tools and power tools  Reliable transportation  Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety awareness  Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Pay:

From $28.00 per hour
