Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Team Supervisor to join our growing team based in Albany NY. The ideal candidate is well-rounded in all aspects of general residential construction and takes pride in quality workmanship. Types of work will include repairs, renovations, installations, and custom carpentry work. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. Requirements 3+ years hands-on experience in residential carpentry / construction Strong skills in framing, trim, repairs and general renovation tasks. Must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record and a reliable assortment of tools (we will provide specialty tools as needed. Responsibilities Perform skilled carpentry, and general trades work on job sites Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Install, repair, and maintain framing, doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, flooring, and other building components Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job as needed Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of carpentry or trades experience (residential or commercial) Proficiency in the use of carpentry tools, equipment, and materials Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying conditions OSHA training or other safety certifications a plus Compensation & Benefits $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Steady, year-round work in the Capital region Opportunities for overtime and advancement Supportive work environment with growth potential If you're a dependable tradesman looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values craftsmanship and reliability, we want to hear from you.
