Job Description
Job Summary Alpha Omega Construction is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our growing residential remodeling team. Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day activities on residential remodeling projects
- Perform rough and finish carpentry
- Read plans and accurately execute layouts
- Coordinate subcontractors and other trades
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Ensure work meets Alpha Omega's quality standards
- Communicate project progress and issues with the owner/project manager
- Provide direction to apprentices and other crew members
- Maintain a professional relationship with homeowners Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential construction experience
- Strong carpentry and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Professional communication and leadership skills
- Experience with remodeling and finish carpentry preferred What We Offer
