Elite Finish Contractors is a growing construction company looking to add motivated and reliable individuals to our team! We are currently hiring for the following positions: Carpenter Carpenter Apprentice Painter / Taper / Spackler Journeyman Junior Mechanic We are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in their work, are dependable, and are interested in growing with a company that has ongoing opportunities. Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on the position and experience level, but may include: Performing general construction, renovation, and repair work Carpentry, framing, trim, drywall, and finishing work Painting, taping, spackling, sanding, and surface preparation Assisting skilled tradesmen and learning new skills Using hand tools and power tools safely Maintaining a clean and organized job site Following directions from supervisors and working effectively as part of a team Completing work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Construction experience preferred; experience requirements will vary by position Apprentices and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Reliable transportation and ability to report to job sites as required Valid driver's license preferred Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working on your feet Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and position Opportunity for growth and advancement Steady work with a growing construction company Opportunity to learn and develop new trade skills Supportive team environment If you are experienced in the construction industry—or looking to start your career and learn a trade—we want to hear from you!
