This position offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals on premium residential apartments, commercial offices, and distinct historical properties.

Construct wood and metal stud framing for residential, commercial, and mixed-use spaces Install subfloors, joists, rafters, stairs, trusses, and structural supports Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and sketches for accurate execution
Finish Carpentry & Interior Renovation:
Install high-end trim, crown molding, baseboards, doors, windows, and custom cabinetry Fit and install premium flooring, drywall, hardware, and architectural details Perform precise measuring, cutting, and shaping of wood, plastic, and other building materials Historic Renovation & Preservation (A Huge Plus): Match, restore, or replicate historic woodwork, moldings, trim, and structural elements Utilize specialized techniques to preserve the original integrity and architectural charm of older, high-end properties Repair and rehabilitate aged framing, lath-and-plaster components, and antique fixtures
Equipment & Site Safety:
Safely operate power tools, table saws, miter saws, pneumatic nailers, and hand tools Clean, maintain, and properly inventory company tools and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site at all times Follow all health, safety, and OSHA regulations
Qualifications Required:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to get to various job sites Proven experience as a carpenter (rough framing, finish carpentry, or general remodeling) Deep proficiency with standard carpentry hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Ability to perform physical labor, climb ladders, work at heights, and lift 80+ lbs. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening Preferred (But Not Required): 1+ years of experience in historic preservation, antique home restoration, or custom millwork (Huge Plus) Ability to read complex architectural blueprints and construction layouts OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Possession of a personal set of standard trade hand tools
