The Mission:

Execute high-end remodeling projects—specifically focused on exterior, bath, and structural repairs—with zero defects. You will be responsible for maintaining the WorryFree standard of cleanliness, speed, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution :

Perform full-cycle remodeling tasks including framing, drywall, cabinetry installation, and finish carpentry.

Precision :

Ensure every measurement and cut is exact. We do not "make it work"; we make it right.

Property Protection :

Maintain a pristine job site. The client's home must be better than you found it.

Communication :

Provide clear, daily updates on project milestones and any obstacles encountered.

Reliability :

Arrive on time, every time. No excuses.

Required Qualifications:

Experience :

Minimum 3-5 years in residential remodeling.

Versatility :

Proficiency in multiple trades (carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing/electrical).

Licensing :

Valid driver's license and clean record. (

Note:

Candidates with or pursuing a Trades Journeyman or Master license are highly valued).

Tools :

Must possess a full set of professional-grade hand and power tools.

Mindset :
