Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help bring construction plans to life, transforming blueprints into tangible structures with precision and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and drywall installation to intricate trim work and restoration efforts, all while contributing to the creation of safe, durable, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other construction materials using hand tools and power tools for woodworking Perform framing tasks including metal stud framing, concrete forming, and rebar installation for structural support Install doors, windows, cabinetry, siding, flooring, drywall, stucco, and fixtures with precision Conduct restoration work such as water damage remediation, plastering, mold remediation, and reinstallation of damaged components Operate woodworking machines safely to craft custom woodwork pieces and ensure quality standards are met Assist with heavy lifting and material handling on construction sites while adhering to power tool safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in residential carpentry or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects Proficiency in construction estimating, reading blueprints, and interpreting technical drawings Skilled in using hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels) and power tools for woodworking (drills, sanders) Knowledge of wood construction materials including framing lumber, siding materials, drywall components, and finishing products Familiarity with construction site safety practices and proper use of power tools for woodworking Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions on active job sites Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and restoration industry standards Join our team as an Experienced Carpenter where your craftsmanship will shape the spaces of tomorrow! Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
