Job Description

We are a small family owned General Contractor seeking experienced carpenter to join our growing team. Monday- Friday 40 hours/week Competitive Wage Flexible paid time off Retirement Benefits 401-k 401k matching Job Description and Requirements Laborer Means of transportation Prior construction experience or apprenticeship in carpentry or related trades preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided Assist with framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry using hand tools and power tools Apprentice Carpenter Knowledge of tools and equipment Read a tape measure (heave/light measurements) Own and proper use of all hand tools (pliers, sockets, flat head, etc.) Able to cope material ex. be able to cope and run base, single piece, paint grade trim Safely use impact/drill Safely use phematic guns Ability to make material runs Carpenter Proper use of all small/large hand tools Knowledge of typical material assembly Knowledge of basic framing Master Carpenter Team leader Ability to organize project Ability to set up project start to finish Possession of all necessary tools Supervisor Charistmatic Ability to explain and communicate with customers Strong communication with subs Ability to manage a project ex. schedule laborers, order materials, and keep track of schedule Demonstrate and be responsible for job site safety Requirements Daily job transportation Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and sustained manual labor efficiently and safely
Pay:
$26.53 - $36.00 per hour
