Job Description

Lead Carpenter /
Crew Leader Starting Pay:
$28-32/hour (Based on Experience & Ability) I'm not looking for just another carpenter. I'm looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of building something. Maybe you're already the person everyone turns to when a problem needs solved. Maybe you've been carrying more responsibility than your job title reflects. Or maybe you're simply tired of working for companies where quality takes a back seat. If that's you, keep reading. NextGen Environmental & Construction Group is growing, and I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with us. I want someone who sees leadership as something that's earned—not given. To me, leadership means taking responsibility, doing the right thing when nobody's watching, helping the people around you improve, continuing to learn, and caring about the quality of every job. Experience matters. Character matters even more. If you have solid residential construction experience, good common sense, and a strong work ethic, I can teach you our systems. I can't teach someone to care.
