Job Description
We are seeking Skilled Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers to join our growing construction and remodeling team. Our company specializes in a wide range of residential home improvement services, including deck building and repairs, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, living room renovations, interior and exterior painting, roofing, siding, flooring, drywall, home additions, full home remodels, and more. Ideal candidates are either experienced in residential carpentry or motivated individuals eager to grow in the trade. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with a team are essential. You'll be working on-site at private homes and must maintain a professional attitude and respect for client property at all times. Responsibilities Assist with various phases of residential remodeling and construction projects. Perform tasks such as demolition, framing, installation, finishing work, and site cleanup. Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials. Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly. Read and follow blueprints, layouts, or verbal instructions from supervisors. Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members. Stay flexible and willing to shift between tasks or job sites when needed. Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards. Experience Prior experience in residential construction or remodeling is preferred. Skilled Carpenters should have experience with framing, decking, trim work, roofing, siding, flooring, or similar tasks. Ability to safely use hand and power tools such as saws, drills, nail guns, and levels. Basic understanding of construction measurements, layouts, and material handling. Experience reading blueprints or following detailed instructions is a plus. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions and safety guidelines. Willingness to learn new skills and assist team members as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred. Ready to build with us?
