POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, take ownership of their work, and contribute to high-quality residential projects. Candidates should have experience in residential construction and be comfortable handling a variety of carpentry tasks from start to finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks
  • Work independently or with a crew to complete projects efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Read and interpret plans and drawings
  • Ensure work meets quality standards
