//www.brothertonconstruction.com/careers We're looking for a solid Lead Carpenter to join our team. Someone who knows what they're doing, can run a job, and takes pride in the work. Someone who can lead a crew, stay organized, and keep jobs moving without constant oversight . What you'll be doing: Running day-to-day operations on site. Leading a small crew and setting the pace. Reading plans and making sure things are built right. Handling framing, trim, installs, and whatever the job calls for. Coordinating with subs and keeping things on track. Keeping the jobsite clean and dialed. Using our logistics system to prep for the next day (big one for us) Solving problems before they become issues. What we're looking for: 5+ years experience in residential construction. You've run jobs before (or are ready to step into it). You don't need someone looking over your shoulder all day. You show up, communicate, and get things done. Strong attention to detail — we care about clean work. Can handle tools, materials, and a crew without chaos.

$28.50 - $36.00 per hour
