In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across residential properties. Your expertise will ensure that building interiors, systems, and equipment are functioning efficiently, safely, and aesthetically. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to enhance the quality and safety of our facilities while delivering excellent customer service. Duties Conduct repairs and maintenance on building interiors including walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, and cabinetry using carpentry and hand tools. Conduct maintenance painting projects to improve the appearance of interior spaces while adhering to safety standards Experience Proven experience in general maintenance, repair operations , maintenance within residential Strong carpentry skills with experience working on building interiors, furniture repairs. Familiarity with plumbing maintenance and repair techniques for residential environments. Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; carpentry & painting experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
