In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that enhance residential environments. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and commitment to safety will contribute to our reputation for excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about craftsmanship and renovation projects to make a tangible impact every day. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly through sanding, scraping, cleaning, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and durability Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and coatings using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including conventional and construction spray painting), and power tools with precision and efficiency Conduct surface repairs such as drywall patching, plastering, caulking, , as needed for seamless finishes Use ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas while adhering strictly to safety regulations and respiratory protection protocols Perform surface preparation tasks specific to construction sites including sanding drywall, removing old paint or wallpaper, and ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for painting or coating Assist with renovation projects by installing fixtures or performing maintenance tasks related to construction painting surfaces Skills Strong understanding of color theory to achieve desired aesthetic effects Proven experience in residential painting, and restoration projects Skilled in the use of hand tools, paint sprayers (including both conventional spraying , brushes, rollers, and power tools Experience with surface preparation techniques such as drywall installation/removal, caulking. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to coating coverage and material estimates Knowledge of fixture installation and handyman skills beneficial for comprehensive project execution Strong work ethic with construction site experience demonstrating reliability in remodeling or maintenance roles Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a visible difference!
