Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile In House Contractor/ Skilled Tradesman to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, bringing expertise in building, remodeling, and installation across multiple trades. As a key member of our in-house team, you will be responsible for executing high-quality craftsmanship, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to specifications. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to complete diverse projects. Perform building construction tasks including framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing work with precision. Install windows, glass panels, flooring, and other building materials while maintaining quality standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively on outdoor and indoor sites. Be able to Tile Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project requirements. Manage plumbing and electrical installations as needed, ensuring proper connections and adherence to technical standards. Collaborate with project managers to estimate materials, plan workflows, and execute remodeling or hardscape projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and protocols throughout each project phase. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for precise installation of building components. Perform outdoor work including landscaping, hardscape installation, and site preparation for construction projects. Experience Proven construction experience with a strong background in building trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or remodeling. Familiarity with construction management principles including project planning and workflow coordination. Hands-on experience with construction estimating processes to ensure accurate material procurement. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation on various job sites. Knowledge of safety protocols specific to construction environments; ability to enforce safety standards consistently. Experience interpreting technical drawings and blueprints for precise execution of tasks. Outdoor work experience on diverse construction projects involving hardscape or landscaping elements is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs while maintaining high-quality workmanship across multiple trades such as flooring installation or window setup.
