Job Description
Hoti Group, a residential construction company, is looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our in-house crew. We work on renovation projects throughout NYC and Westchester, handling everything from framing through finish carpentry.
Responsibilities:
Framing:
walls, partitions, soffits, bulkheads, ceilings- Rough carpentry: blocking, backing, subfloor repair
- Finish carpentry: trim, casing, baseboard, doors and door frames
- Reading and working from architectural drawings
- Coordinating with drywall, paint, and millwork crews to keep jobs on schedule
- Working on occupied residential/apartment job sites
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional carpentry experience, framing and finish
- Own hand tools
- Experience on NYC residential renovation sites a plus
- Reliable transportation to job sites across NYC/Westchester
- Valid driver's license preferred Full-time, in-house position with steady project pipeline.
Pay:
$28.00- $31.
