Job Description

About the Role We're a growing pest control company looking for a Junior Carpenter to join our field team. This isn't standard framing work. A lot of what we do is exclusion carpentry: sealing entry points, repairing damaged structures, and building barriers that keep pests out of homes and commercial buildings for good. If you're handy with tools, like solving problems, and want steady work with room to grow, this is a great fit. You'll work alongside experienced techs and carpenters, learning our exclusion methods while putting your existing skills to use on real job sites across the area. What You'll Do Perform carpentry and repair work to seal and pest-proof buildings, including sealing gaps, cracks, and entry points. Repair or replace damaged wood, trim, siding, screening, and other materials. Build and install exclusion barriers and custom fixes based on each site's needs. Use hand and power tools safely and accurately. Drive company vehicles to job sites and keep your tools and materials organized. Communicate with the team and treat every customer's home or business with care. What We're Looking For A valid driver's license is required for the role. Hands-on experience in handyman work, construction, or carpentry. Comfort with hand and power tools. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and someone who shows up ready to work. Willingness to work outdoors and in varying conditions. Ability to lift and carry materials and stay on your feet through the day. What We Offer Steady, full-time work with consistent hours. On-the-job training in a specialized trade. Room to grow your skills and take on more responsibility.
