Job Description

Carpenter / Remodeling Subcontractor - Jim's Home Service Jim's Home Service is looking for an experienced, dependable carpenter/remodeling subcontractor for residential projects throughout Westchester County.

MUST LIVE IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY

This is subcontractor work on an as-needed, job-by-job basis. This is not a full-time position, and there is no guarantee of steady or daily work. Type of Work General residential carpentry Interior and exterior repairs Trim and finish carpentry Doors and moldings Deck and stair repairs/rebuilding Cabinet installation Framing and minor structural work Bathroom remodeling and related carpentry Other residential remodeling projects Requirements Must have solid residential carpentry/remodeling experience Must have your own tools Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable and show up when scheduled Must be able to work independently and complete jobs professionally Must maintain a clean, professional jobsite Must communicate clearly regarding scheduling, materials, and job progress Jim's Home Service provides the customer and manages the project. Compensation is agreed upon per job, with Jim's Home Service retaining an agreed percentage of the job. This is a good opportunity for an experienced carpenter or small contractor looking to pick up additional residential projects without having to find and sell every customer themselves.
