A smart, humble leader with several years of residential remodeling experience. Someone who takes pride in an honest day's work, and getting things done right the first time. An agile job manager who can quickly complete jobs.

What You'll Be Doing:

Executing complex projects, including custom bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, additions, and decks. Leading a small crew (1-2 workers) in a small company. (Only 15 people work here, so you'll get to know everyone very quickly) Mentoring and passing trade skills down to newer crew members.
