Carpenter Crew Lead

Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Carpenter Crew Lead to oversee and coordinate residential carpentry remodeling projects. As a key leader on our construction team, you will manage daily operations on-site, ensure quality craftsmanship, and lead a production on the site. Your expertise in various carpentry disciplines, safety protocols, and construction processes will drive project success from start to finish. Duties Lead and supervise subcontractors and the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide project execution Coordinate with subcontractors and clarify project specifications Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, and heavy equipment on-site Ensure compliance with safety regulations including power tool safety and proper handling of construction materials Perform residential carpentry & remodeling tasks Manage on-site logistics including material delivery, rebar installation, concrete forming, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and water damage restoration efforts Requirements Proven experience in construction with a strong background in carpentry and woodworking disciplines Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience leading a crew or team in a construction environment Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools for woodworking, metal stud framing tools, and woodworking machines Knowledge of residential carpentry techniques including framing, trim work, siding, cabinetry, door hanging, and flooring installation Familiarity with construction site safety protocols including power tool safety and heavy lifting procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces as needed Strong understanding of building codes Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Join us as a Carpenter Crew Lead to bring craftsmanship excellence to every project while leading a motivated team! Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
