This is physical, active work that keeps you moving all day—perfect if you don't want to be stuck behind a desk. You'll work side-by-side with experienced carpenters on a variety of projects, learning the trade from the ground up while being part of a crew that works hard and has each other's backs. What You'll Do Help out with framing, trim work, and door installation Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe Use hand tools and power tools (we'll show you how if needed) Support concrete work, basic carpentry tasks, and general labor Help with siding, roofing, and exterior work Assist with installs like cabinets, flooring, and fixtures Move materials and do heavy lifting throughout the day Follow directions and work with the crew to get the job done right What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Shows up on time and ready to work Drug-free and able to work safely on a job site Willing to learn, take direction, and work hard Able to handle physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing) Team-first mindset and works well with others Bonus (Not Required) Any construction or hands-on experience Basic knowledge of tools or carpentry Background in sports or labor work Why This Job Learn a skilled trade with real career potential Get paid while you learn Stay active and work with your hands Be part of a solid crew that takes pride in their work
