Job Description
Lead Carpenter Duties:
- Perform carpentry work including building sets, props and other decor for corporate events.
- Install LED lighting and low voltage wiring as needed
- Repair and restore damaged builds, props and other warehouse projects to improve our workspace
- Assist with painting/finishing on builds
- Work with a variety of materials such as wood, aluminum and acrylic/plastics
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Must have experience with formica/laminating structures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
