CARPENTERS
If you are looking for an entry-level LABORER or
CARPENTER
position, please consider a career at The Hayner Hoyt Corporation. Carpenters/Laborers will work on commercial construction projects, and positions require travel to sites throughout Central NY. Responsibilities range from performing site preparation to building demolition; from traffic flagging to installation of temporary protection; from hanging doors and installation of door hardware to installation of millwork, cabinetry, and countertops. if you have the desire to work in the commercial construction field within a team environment and have a commitment to high-quality work, then we are interested in speaking with you. In this full-time position, you will work in a team environment, enjoy continual training, mentoring, and opportunities for advancement.
Qualified applicants will have:
High school diploma or GED equivalent Must have an active driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to take direction well and work within a team environment Demonstrate dependability to work a regular schedule and extended nontraditional hours, including evenings and/or weekends. Ability to read, write, and understand directions and follow standard operating procedures. Previous experience in the commercial construction industry and knowledge of the materials, methods, and tools involved in the commercial construction field are highly desired.
