Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Glazier to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass and glazing systems across a variety of commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical skills and construction experience to deliver exceptional results that enhance building aesthetics and functionality. Responsibilities Measure dimensions precisely using tools such as tape measures, levels, and calipers to ensure proper fit and finish. Handle glass materials safely, including cutting, shaping, and transporting glass panels while adhering to safety protocols. Install shower enclosures, windows, doors, mirrors, storefronts, and other glazing systems with attention to detail and quality control standards. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for fabrication, assembly, framing, drywall finishing, caulking, and trim carpentry tasks. Perform heavy lifting as required during glass handling or installation processes while maintaining safety procedures. Collaborate with team members on construction site Skills Proficiency in using hand tools (e.g., chisels, screwdrivers) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) for various installation tasks. Experience with glass materials handling—including cutting, fabrication, and installation—ensuring safety at all times. Ability to interpret schematics and construction plans accurately for precise measurements and placements. Skilled in shower door installation, window installation, caulking techniques, and remodeling projects. Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols related to heavy lifting and working at heights.
