Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in various construction trades and be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. The Contractor will be responsible for executing high-quality work while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Execute drywall installation and finishing, including taping and mudding. Build structures according to blueprints and specifications, including framing, roofing, and siding. Conduct plumbing tasks as needed, ensuring all installations meet code requirements. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with project managers to provide accurate construction estimating for upcoming projects. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met. Qualifications Proven experience in multiple areas of construction including, drywall, roofing, plumbing, Bathroom remodeling, Kitchen Remodeling. Strong knowledge of construction site practices and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
