What You'll Do:

Lead finish carpentry: Trim, cabinetry, doors, molding, stairs.

Handle general carpentry:

Framing, repairs, custom builds, and everything in between.

Tackle add-ons like a pro:

Drywall patching, texturing, tile work, or other trades as needed.

Run your own jobs:

Self-motivated to start, manage, and complete projects efficiently.

Solve problems smartly:

Spot issues early, think creatively, but always check in before changes—embodying our commitment to open communication.

Wow our clients:

Be friendly, professional, and respectful in their homes. Keep job sites spotless, leave spaces better than found, and build the trust that keeps them calling back for future work.

Who We're Looking For:

A carpenter who embodies our values and helps us deliver: Experience is king: Minimum 10 years in residential carpentry; 15-20+ years preferred with a strong finish carpentry focus.

Clients (and I) need to know you're responsible, honest, and have our backs—prompt and dedicated like our service promise.

Self-starter:

Independent enough to own a job site, but communicative about questions, changes, or surprises—transparent and frequent updates are non-negotiable.

Client-facing pro:

Polite, clean-cut, great communicator.

Practical must-haves:

Your own full set of quality hand/power tools, a valid OH driver's license and reliable truck/van for tools and materials, the ability to lift 50+lbs, climb ladders, and work a full day on your feet.
