This role is ideal for someone with strong carpentry experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general carpentry and punch-out work, including: Hardware installation Temporary step construction Caulking, drywall repairs, and painting Complete pre-move-in checklists to ensure homes are ready for client handover Diagnose and resolve warranty-related issues efficiently in the field Carry out warranty repairs based on skill set and experience Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

Qualifications:

Strong general construction knowledge with hands-on carpentry experience Basic skills in plumbing and electrical work are a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to coordinate effectively with field staff, office teams, and subcontractors Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with homeowners
