We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and skilled Residential Deck Installer to join our team. What You'll Do Build and install residential wood and composite decks from start to finish. Install deck framing, decking, railings, stairs, skirting, and related components. Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction plans. Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment. Measure and cut materials accurately while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Ensure projects meet company standards, local building codes, and safety regulations. Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional. Communicate effectively with homeowners, project managers, and team members. Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials to job sites. Qualifications Previous experience installing residential decks or performing residential carpentry. Experience with pressure-treated lumber, cedar, PVC, and composite decking materials. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math. Comfortable using power tools and carpentry equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
