Job Description
Join our team as a Building Automation Service Specialist in the Columbus, OH area and become the technical expert our customers rely on. You'll deliver hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair services that keep critical systems running safely and efficiently while building lasting customer relationships. What will you do?
- Install and commission customer systems according to established procedures and quality standards
- Conduct preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance to maximize system reliability and performance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite while maintaining strict safety and compliance protocols
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance their operations What are the key skills we are looking for?

Qualifications:
- Hands-on BAS or HVAC controls experience (service, installation, or commissioning)
- Strong troubleshooting skills (HVAC + electrical systems
- Must be highly organized and possess the ability to work in a high-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet the schedules given by the leadership
- Demonstrate the ability to operate independently and autonomously and take ownership of all tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills and team oriented
- Proficiency with writing code for controller sequence of operations
