Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with skills in various trades. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Own your own professional grade tools for a large variety of jobs. Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle. Able to lift 50 pounds independently. Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time. Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $50K to $60K and is dependent on your experience as a professional handyman as well as your experience with other home repair and maintenance projects such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall.
