Home Improvement Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Home Renovations Technician to join our team. This role involves working on various renovation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in construction and renovation, with a strong focus on carpentry and project management. Duties Manage and execute home renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert guidance throughout the renovation process. Perform carpentry tasks including but not limited to framing, door hanging, drywall repair, painting, cabinet, flooring, plumbing and minor electrial repairs and custom fabrications as needed. Conduct caulking and sealing to ensure durability and weather resistance in renovations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations. Experience Proven experience in home renovations or construction management is essential. Strong carpentry skills with the ability to fabricate custom solutions as needed. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely is an advantage but not mandatory.
