We're looking for a skilled Refractory/Carpenter Technician to join a hands-on team on 1st shift . This position is perfect for someone with experience in refractory installation or industrial carpentry, looking for long-term opportunity with great potential for growth. If you enjoy detailed work, can read blueprints, and know your way around powered hand tools, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Install insulating fire brick, fiber modules, fiber board , and other refractory materials based on engineered drawings Mix and pour castables into molds with precision Operate power tools including grinders, drills, brick saws, and wood saws Read and interpret blueprints and tape measurements accurately Maintain clean, safe work habits and follow instructions from supervisors

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role Comfortable working with refractory materials and tools MIG welding and training/communication skills are a plus
