Job Description

Construction Carpenter / Lead Carpenter (Project Manager)

Location:

Hamilton, OH 45015

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:30

PM Pay:

$20.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience) We are hiring both Construction Carpenters and Lead Carpenters / Project Managers to join our growing construction team. Most work is commercial construction with occasional residential projects throughout the Butler County area. Responsibilities Perform construction rough and finish carpentry, including framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and repairs. Read blueprints and construction drawings. Safely operate hand and power tools. Maintain a clean and safe job site.

Lead Carpenter applicants:

Supervise crews, coordinate projects, communicate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship. Qualifications Carpentry or construction experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints.

Lead Carpenter:

5+ years of commercial carpentry and leadership experience preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Must have basic carpentry hand tools.
