We take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and treating our customers' homes with respect. We are looking for an experienced General Carpenter to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who has residential remodeling experience and can work independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Location:

Hopedale, OH and surrounding areas Responsibilities Perform general carpentry and residential remodeling work Assist with and complete remodeling projects from start to finish Framing, trim work, doors, windows, flooring, drywall, and other carpentry tasks Read and follow measurements, plans, and project specifications Safely operate hand tools and power tools Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Protect customers' homes, belongings, and finished surfaces Work efficiently while maintaining quality craftsmanship Communicate professionally with the project lead and other crew members Follow all company safety policies and required PPE procedures Qualifications Previous residential carpentry/remodeling experience required Strong knowledge of general carpentry practices Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials Comfortable using common hand and power tools Reliable transportation to job sites (company vehicle opportunity after demonstrating strong experience, reliability and responsibility.) Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of residential construction What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build quality projects—not someone who simply wants to get through the day. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, takes direction well, and has the experience to recognize what needs to be done without constant supervision. Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and working with tools and materials in residential construction environments. Compensation Pay will be based on experience, skill level, and overall qualifications.
