Job Description
Overview Job Summary We are seeking a skilled carpenter/tradesman with residential remodeling experience. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of construction experience which may include framing, finish carpentry, drywall work, flooring, tiling, and painting. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Responsibilities Perform construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, carpentry, tile laying, and painting. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry and construction activities. Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, moldings, and other interior or exterior components with precision. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on the construction site while performing heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks. Qualifications Experience in construction, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, or related fields within the construction or remodeling industry. Strong proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in remodeling projects. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
