Job Description
Job Summary ALJ Restoration LLC is hiring an experienced carpenter / construction professional for residential and commercial construction and restoration projects. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter/Construction Professional with real field experience who can produce quality work without needing to be taught basic construction skills. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry and construction tasks on residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure high-quality craftsmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely project completion. Responsibilities Rough and finish carpentry Framing and structural repairs Install doors, windows, trim, siding, and other building materials Complete remodeling and reconstruction work Perform property-damage restoration Accurately measure, cut, assemble, and install materials Troubleshoot construction issues in the field Safely operate common power tools and construction equipment Coordinate with project foremen Maintain clean and professional job sites Requirements Professional carpentry or construction experience Strong measuring, cutting, and installation skills Knowledge of residential construction methods Ability to work independently when necessary Ability to safely use common construction tools and equipment Reliable transportation Dependable attendance Attention to detail and quality workmanship Experience in multiple trades is especially valuable, including framing, finish carpentry, siding, roofing, drywall, flooring, remodeling, and restoration. Compensation $800-$1,250 per week Starting pay within the range will be based on experience, versatility, skill level, and ability to complete construction work independently.
