Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our team! In this role, you will bring expert craftsmanship to residential projects, interpreting construction plans and utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. Your expertise will help us deliver beautiful, durable, and precise woodworking installations that enhance our clients' homes. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution Measure, cut, assemble, and install various wood products including cabinetry, trim, siding, drywall, and flooring Operate woodworking machines and power tools safely to complete carpentry tasks efficiently Install fixtures such as moldings, caulking, and other finishing touches Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged woodwork or structures Ensure all work complies with safety standards including power tool safety protocols and proper handling of construction materials Experience Proven experience in residential carpentry or construction environments with a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines Familiarity with drywall installation, basic plumbing & electrical, flooring installation, and fixture mounting Experience in remodeling or restoration industry projects is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various job site conditions Join us as a vital part of our team! $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 50.0 per week
