Experienced Install Crew- Hardscaping, Landscaping & Carpentry

Supreme Outdoor is looking for experienced install crew members who take pride in building high-quality outdoor spaces. We're looking for people with a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in hardscaping, landscaping, and carpentry , who can work efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail. Position Experienced Install Crew Member Pay:

$25 to $32 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Full-time What You'll Do Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features Perform site prep, grading, excavation, and base preparation Install trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, and other landscape elements Install carpentry-related outdoor builds such as decks, pergolas, and structures Read and follow plans, layouts, and site instructions Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, saws, skid steers, and other equipment safely Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Work with the crew to hit production goals without sacrificing quality Follow all safety procedures and help protect the team, client property, and equipment What We're Looking For Experience in hardscape installation Experience in landscape construction Experience in carpentry or outdoor structure building Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to work well with a team and take direction Good eye for detail and quality workmanship Valid driver's license is required Equipment experience is required Ideal Candidate You're someone who: Shows up on time and ready to work Understands that quality matters Can move with urgency without cutting corners Respects the crew, the client, and the job site Takes ownership of your work Wants to be part of a team that builds great projects Why Work With Us Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to work on high-end outdoor projects Steady pipeline of install work Strong team environment Opportunity to grow with the company How to Apply Send us your resume that includes references and a brief description about your experience with hardscaping, landscaping, and carpentry .
