We are growing fast and looking for a motivated, skilled tradesperson who is ready to step up, hone their leadership skills, and grow into a full Construction Foreman . Position Overview Are you an experienced carpenter or crew member looking for the next step in your career? As an Aspiring Construction Foreman , you will work directly alongside our senior leadership to learn crew management, site supervision, and project coordination while remaining hands-on with daily remodeling tasks.
Key Responsibilities Hands-on Work:
Assist with and perform general remodeling tasks (framing, drywall, finish carpentry, tile, etc.).
Leadership Training:
Learn to manage job site workflow, track project timelines, and guide crew members.
Quality Control:
Ensure all work meets company standards and local building codes.
Site Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Communication:
Work with the lead foreman to update clients and subcontractors on project progress.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
2-4+ years of hands-on experience in general residential remodeling or residential construction.
Leadership Potential:
Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and eager to lead by example.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to read blueprints, measure accurately, and adapt to site changes.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Basic personal hand tools and power tools (preferred). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in active construction environments.
