We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who wants to grow in the construction industry and take pride in their work. Position Overview This position will assist in all phases of residential construction, from foundation to final finishes. You'll work directly on custom homes and be part of a small, hands-on team where quality matters. Responsibilities Assist with framing, decking, siding, electrical, general and finish carpentry Perform job site setup and cleanup Load/unload materials and keep sites organized Measure, cut, and install building materials Assist with punch list and finish work Follow directions and maintain job site safety Operate basic hand and power tools Requirements Construction or carpentry experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Strong work ethic and reliability (show up on time, every day) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic knowledge of tools and job site safety Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Skills (Not Required) Framing experience Trim carpentry or finish work Equipment operation (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.) Ability to read basic plans What We Offer Steady, year-round work Opportunity to grow into a skilled carpenter Hands-on experience in full custom home builds Competitive pay based on skill level Small crew environment (no corporate nonsense) How to Apply Apply through Indeed or contact directly: 937-869-2343 ccrableconstruction@gmail.com
