Carpenter

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled carpenter or remodeled to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects with the focus on decks and residential remodeling. Our priority is a lead or senoir carpenter who can execute projects with the help of 1 or 2 junior team members. This person is a problem solver that can build (a deck for example) and direct helpers from start to finish. This person might also be someone who has leadership potential, a solid skill base, and is eager to take on more responsibility. Responsibilities Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing tasks with precision and attention to detail. Utilize hand tools, power tools Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, siding, roofing components, ... Support remodeling efforts by installing tile, working on plumbing or electrical systems, and performing heavy lifting when necessary. Requirements Carpentry (including trim and frame), roofing, masonry or related fields within the construction or restoration industry. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading Respectful toward people and able to help maintain a fun and collaborative work environment Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces. Familiarity with electrical or plumbing systems is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship, and safety
