1099 Independent Contractor RF Construction is seeking an experienced Residential Remodel Carpenter / Skilled Tradesman to join our growing team. We specialize in residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, room additions, sunrooms, decks, windows, doors, siding, drywall, flooring, and general home renovations. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Perform residential remodeling and renovation work from start to finish. Install framing, drywall, trim, doors, windows, siding, cabinets, flooring, and other finish carpentry. Complete demolition while protecting customers' homes and maintaining a clean work area. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Safely operate hand tools and power tools. Identify jobsite issues and recommend practical solutions. Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with homeowners and team members. Follow safety procedures and produce high-quality workmanship on every project. Qualifications Residential remodeling experience preferred. Strong knowledge of carpentry and general construction. Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision. Experience with framing, drywall, trim, flooring, cabinet installation, windows, doors, and siding. Basic plumbing and electrical experience is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Own basic hand tools. Ability to lift 75 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day.
