Job Description
Job Summary:
Bucci's JBella is seeking a dedicated and driven professional server to join our team. The candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests as well as smooth operation for the establishment.Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and explain daily specials
- Take and ring accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely
Qualifications:
- Previous high volume serving experience is required
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic kitchen operations
