Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking motivated and skilled Carpenters/Laborers to join our family-owned construction team. In this role, you will be actively involved in commercial carpentry projects, utilizing your skills to build, install, and restore structures with precision and care. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help deliver high-quality craftsmanship on time and within scope. This position offers opportunities to develop your skills across a variety of construction tasks. Duties Learn to interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately. Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, siding, drywall installation, and finishing work. Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other building materials for commercial projects. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as lumber, drywall sheets, and metal studs safely and efficiently. Assist with rebar installation, plastering, caulking, and fixture installation as needed. Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to all safety protocols, including power tool safety standards. Requirements Construction experience with commercial carpentry or related fields. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of construction materials including framing lumber, siding materials, drywall components, and finishing products. Knowledge of construction site safety practices and power tool safety. Ability to perform heavy lifting over extended periods while maintaining quality standards. Problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in restoration or remodeling projects. Teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
