We are looking for a skilled Carpenter with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, build and install structures, and work safely and efficiently on residential and/or commercial job sites. Description Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine materials and dimensions needed Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, and other materials using hand and power tools Build and install structures such as framing, doors, windows, cabinetry, stairs, and trim Erect and inspect scaffolding and ladders for safe access to job sites Repair and replace damaged wood structures Ensure work complies with building codes and safety regulations Collaborate with other tradespeople, contractors, and supervisors to complete projects on schedule Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a carpenter or in a related trade Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, levels, etc.) Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions Unwavering standard of excellence and attention to detail Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent; formal carpentry apprenticeship or trade certification a plus Preferred Qualifications

certification Experience with both rough and finish carpentry Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems as they relate to carpentry work Compensation & Benefits $16-20/hour Benefits include dental, vision, health, retirement matching, and paid time off
