Job Summary The client is a premier residential home builder seeking an experienced construction professional to finalize new construction homes. This role focuses heavily on completing "punch lists" to ensure homes meet quality standards before closing. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, broad carpentry skills, and can work independently to deliver a flawless finished product.

Duties Execute Punch Lists:

Complete final repair lists provided by project managers, home inspectors, or buyers.

Finish Carpentry:

Adjust doors, install trim, fix molding, and repair cabinetry hardware.

Drywall & Paint:

Perform minor sheetrock patches, texture matching, and paint touch-ups.

Hardware Installation:

Hang blinds, install bath accessories, and mount final hardware pieces.

Defect Identification:

Inspect properties for cosmetic flaws, structural gaps, or missing finishes.

Site Cleanup:

Ensure the home is clean, debris-free, and ready for owner walkthroughs.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years in residential construction, remodeling, or finish carpentry.

Tools:

Must possess a reliable set of hand and power tools common to the trade.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in carpentry, drywall repair, and general home maintenance.

Attributes:

Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills.

Transportation:

Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle to travel between local jobsites.

Physical:
