Job Summary We are seeking motivated and skilled Carpenters, Roofers, and Construction Workers to join our dynamic team! Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including site clearing and organizing materials Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to follow construction plans accurately Execute carpentry tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, and roofing installation, Siding Installation, Deck Building, Window and Door installation Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all team members Collaborate with team members on renovation projects or restoration efforts to improve existing structures Assist in the interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications to ensure precise execution of tasks Maintain cleanliness of the worksite by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety regulations Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools, equipment operation, and maintenance Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, saws, drills, and other relevant equipment Familiarity with construction estimating practices is a plus Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, climbing ladders or scaffolding as needed Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications for accurate implementation Commitment to adhering strictly to safety protocols at all times during project execution Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment!
