About the Role We are looking for a Skilled Carpenter to join our production team and deliver high quality craftsmanship on residential remodel projects. This role is for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently with minimal supervision. You will focus on hands-on carpentry and remodel work, filling critical gaps where quality and precision matter most. This is a production role, not a management position. This is an on-site role based in Eugene, Oregon. Why This Role Matters Our reputation is built on the quality of our work. Your work directly impacts client satisfaction, project success, and the long-term growth of the company. What You'll Do Carpentry and Production Perform remodel and finish carpentry work to company standards Complete infill work when subcontractors are unavailable Read and interpret plans, details, and scope accurately Deliver consistent, high-quality finished work Job Site Execution Work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Coordinate informally with the lead carpenter as needed Time Tracking and Documentation Accurately clock time to the correct job using our time tracking system Add detailed notes to each timesheet punch describing tasks performed Ensure time entries support accurate billing and job costing Correct time entries promptly when requested Quality and Detail Maintain a strong attention to detail Identify potential issues before they become rework Take pride in craftsmanship and finished results Tools and Equipment Maintain personal tools in good working order Use company equipment responsibly Qualify for tool or vehicle stipend if applicable What You Bring Strong remodel or finish carpentry experience Ability to work independently and stay on task High standards for quality and attention to detail Reliable attendance and professional conduct Comfort using a phone or app for time tracking and notes A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude Benefits Health insurance Tool or vehicle stipend where applicable Full-time, on-site position Opportunity to grow with a respected local builder Supportive, high standards team culture If you are a skilled carpenter who takes pride in your work and wants to be part of a team that values craftsmanship and people, we would love to hear from you.
