PAY RATE
$23-$25/hr BBSI is currently accepting applications for a Construction Finisher of Residential Homes on a temp-to-hire basis for our client in Welches, OR. Job Summary In this role, you will complete the finishing stages of new home construction, ensuring every home is finished to the highest quality standards and ready for homeowner occupancy. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, works well with others, and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive job site. Responsibilities Install siding, door and window framing, install doors, windows, trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, counter frames, build decks, masonry and outdoor work, frame concrete. Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately using hand and power tools. Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and project specifications. Complete punch-list items, including repairs, adjustments, and touch-ups before final inspections. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local building codes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work closely with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on schedule. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in residential construction, general carpentry, or home finishing preferred but not required. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
